Model 6271 features exceptional yellowing resistance, high abrasion resistance, and superior adhesion to multiple substrates. It cures rapidly under UV light, improving mechanical properties and long-term color stability.
The resin has a functionality of 2 and a high viscosity range of 60,000 to 100,000 mPa.s at typical measurement parameters, presenting as a transparent viscous liquid.
It is ideal for UV coatings, UV curtain coatings for high-end cabinets and wood finishes, UV adhesives, and Liquid Optically Clear Adhesives (LOCA) where optical clarity and color stability are essential.
It must be stored in dark, opaque steel drums or containers with corrosion-resistant coatings. A headspace of at least 15% air must be maintained inside the container. Keep in a cool place below 35°C, away from direct sunlight.
The product is supplied in opened ordinary steel drums with net weights of either 20 kg or 220 kg. Under recommended storage conditions, the warranty period is 180 days.
