7317 is a high-performance polyurethane acrylate oligomer specifically engineered for premium UV texture inks, perfectly balancing curing speed with film flexibility. During the UV curing process, 7317 exhibits exceptional pattern-formation capabilities, creating full and uniform wrinkle or snowflake textures, making it an ideal base resin for special effect coatings.
Its key features include: optimized for wrinkle and snowflake effects, delivering strong 3D texture and fine, uniform patterns after curing for an outstanding visual appearance; as a highly reactive oligomer, it features fast curing speed to significantly improve production efficiency and suit high-speed coating lines; compared to traditional rigid resins, it imparts superior flexibility and adhesion to the coating, effectively preventing the texture layer from cracking or peeling under bending or impact; and it possesses excellent wetting capabilities for various pigments and fillers to enhance ink system stability.
The product is widely used in UV wrinkle ink (for decorative coating on metal, wood, plastic, and other substrates), UV snowflake ink (for special effect treatments on high-end packaging boxes, cosmetic bottles, and electronic product casings), and other UV curable systems requiring high 3D effect and tactile sensation.
