6106 is a high-performance modified epoxy acrylate resin featuring 2 functionality. It is designed to combine fast curing speeds with enhanced flexibility and yellowing resistance, making it an excellent upgrade over traditional, brittle epoxy acrylates.
This oligomer is widely utilized in formulations for UV bamboo and wood coatings, UV plastic surface coatings, paper varnishes, UV inks, and various UV-based printing applications.
It features a viscosity range of 3500~4800 mPa.s at 60ºC. It exhibits fast surface drying properties, allowing high production throughput for UV curing lines.
It must be kept in dark, opaque steel drums with a minimum of 15% headspace filled with air (oxygen acts as a stabilizer). The storage temperature should be maintained below 35 °C, completely isolated from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Under the recommended storage conditions (dark, cool, airtight container with adequate headspace air), the warranty period is 180 days from the manufacturing date.
Standard epoxy acrylates are prone to high brittleness and quick yellowing. 6106 is modified specifically to deliver superior flexibility and strong yellowing resistance without sacrificing excellent adhesion or curing speed.
