The 6100D-85 features high surface hardness, superior wear resistance, and outstanding adhesion properties. It is a transparent viscous liquid with a viscosity of 37000~57000 mPa.s at 25℃.
This resin formulation is highly versatile and offers excellent adhesion on UV wood, UV plastics, paper, metal, and is ideal for UV shadowless adhesive applications.
The 6100D-85 provides a surface hardness that is superior to standard epoxy resins, ensuring much higher abrasion resistance and long-lasting durability.
The resin is packaged in closed ordinary steel drums, available in 20 kg and 220 kg specifications.
The warranty period is 180 days. It should be stored in dark, opaque steel drums or containers with corrosion-resistant linings. Ensure at least 15% headspace filled with air inside, store in a cool place below 35 ℃, and completely avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
