6231 is a Modified Epoxy Acrylate resin designed for UV applications, functioning as a transparent viscous liquid with a functionality value of 2.
It offers fast curing speed, excellent self-leveling properties, superior ink wettability, good glossiness, reliable adhesion, and high toughness during performance testing.
The viscosity ranges between 13000~25000 mPa.s at 25ºC. It features a chrominance limit of ≤80 Pt-Co and an acid value of ≤5 mgKOH/g.
The product is supplied in closed ordinary steel buckets of either 20 kg or 200 kg capacity.
It has a warranty period of 180 days. Keep it in dark, opaque, corrosion-resistant steel containers with at least 15% air space. Store below 35 ℃, away from sunlight.
